What are 100% Pure & Natural Therapeutic Grade Oils? & Why is it important to use PURE oils?

However, I am someone who has had a personal interest on the matter, I have self educated, and I am always looking for more information!

So... let us start off with

what is the purpose for diffusing EO (essential oils)?

The obvious reason being its smell - it can fill a room with a few drops and water!

but there is so much more to it than just that...

Did you know! - that your sense of smell is so powerful; smelling something familiar can actually trigger a thought or memory.

NOW Did you also know that when you smell something it only takes

22 seconds for molecules to reach your brain?

26 second to absorb anything into your bloodstream?

and after 20 minutes of diffusing an oil the benefits will affect every inch of your body..

BUT - what if you're not diffusing 100% PURE & NATURAL THERAPEUTIC GRADE OILS?

First off you need to understand how the oils are extracted,

The purest way to extract oils is through steam distillation, meaning- they use steam from boiling water to help pull out all the essential oils. This process produces 100% pure and natural therapeutic grade oil, that's can be used internally, externally, and aromatically. (ALWAYS CHECK DILUTION BEFORE USING)

NOW.. this takes A LOT of plant material and that can be expensive, this is why many companies take the easier route by diluting them with water, alcohols, or additives.

& some companies don't even use the actual plant product at all!

Let me explain...

There are other ways to extract oils - for example using liquids like alcohol or water can extract oils, and once the oil it is boiled until there is a very small trace of the extraction liquid left... AND some companies use an artificial scent with a mixture of fragrances created in a lab, nothing close to pure.
